Abhay Charan is a biographical series that was aired on Doordarshan on 7th September 1996. It is the biography of Divine Grace A.C. Bhakti Vedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada, who founded the International Society for Krishna Consciousness. He was one of the gurus in the Brahma Madhva Gaudiya Parampara. Abhay Charan is the birth name of Bhakti Vedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada.
Hemant Prabhu played the role of Abhay Charan, and Somayajulu played the older version of Abhay, Bhakti Vedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada. Satswarup Das Goswami penned the script, and Bhakti Charu Swami directed the series.
