Rowdy Gari Pellam is a romantic drama serial telecasted on Zee Telugu, which focuses on the life of Siva and Eeshwari. Siva is a common rowdy thug who has committed many minor and major crimes in his life. When he is paid to rape a woman named Eeshwari, he doesn’t hesitate to take the money. Eeshwari is a simple young woman who is portrayed to be kind-hearted and understanding in nature. She had earlier crossed paths with a man who had vowed to take revenge and hence paid Siva.
Siva rapes Eeshwari , however, Eeshwari turns the tables by marrying him. Their marriage is uncomfortable at first and Eeshwari tries her best to be understanding of the whole situation and tries to change Siva for the better. Her efforts pay at last when Siva shows signs of getting better as a human being. This leads their relationship to gradually evolve and they fall in love with each other.
Siva is also deeply devoted to his aunt known as Ammaji, who is the matriarch of the family. She is a determined woman who is willing to go to any lengths to obtain power. What happens when Ammaji and Eeshwari find themselves against each other in the power-hunger?
