Soumya Varanasi

Soumya is a Telugu anchor and actress. She is a Telugu girl but she grew up in Nagpur, Maharashtra. She can speak Telugu, English, Hindi, and Marathi. She came to Hyderabad for her education. She did her graduation in Aurora College. When she was in her third year of graduation, she was selected as an anchor for a music channel in her college. She got married to Suman chalamcharla.

In the year of 2008, she started her career as a Video Jockey on Maa Music channel. She acted in 8 to 10 movies. She did anchoring for many events. And now she is working in Gangatho Rambabu comedy serial on Zee Telugu. She got the best comedian actress award for Gangatho Rambabu serial. She acted in a few short films. When she was working in Maa music, she did not know proper Telugu. Now she can speak hyderabadi Telugu which is a mixup with Telugu, Urdu, English, and Hindi. She also participated in Super Jodi dance show with actor Venu but she got eliminated.

She also acted in short films like Kanuka, Rave Rave Cheliya, etc. She got her fame through Maa TV and Zee Telugu Comedy club show.
