Naratanasala is a reality dance show telecasted on ETV aired on every Wednesday at 9:30 PM. This name was inspired from Indian mythology where Naratanasala was name of the dance room during the reign of Mahabharat, an ancient Indian epic. This is a dance show with a friendly competition between TV serial actors and season 2 was within celebrities. This show was hosted by Pradeep, a good competitor to lady hosts in TV industry. Show was comprised with 26 contestants paired to be 13 teams, with friendly competition between them to except from elimination in the next week. Winners were also awarded with prize money of Rupees Five Lakhs from hands of veteran actress Nagma, honoured as special guest.  Naratanasala Season 2 was aired on 6th February 2013 with same host and judges but different contestants. This time Naratanasala team was made up by celebrities with their choreographer. It was nostalgic experience to see some actresses who took advantage of this show as a comeback to the industry after a break.

Beloved movie stars and celebrities were to compete for the title, which was colourful to eyes of audience at the show and viewers in front of TV’s. This season’s grand finale was aired on 15th May 2013 announcing veteran actress Abhinaya Sri and her choreographer Fiazz as the winners of the title and the prize money of rupees Five Lakhs from hands of Naratanasala season 2 sponsors. The last episode was broadcasted on 22nd May 2013, which was a compilation of best moments of Naratanasala Season 2 and named accordingly as Best of Naratanasala 2.
