The show starts where a surgeon named Reyna Kapoor, played by Sanjeeda, is suffering from PTSD and is not able to focus on her work. Her hands shiver and can not perform Surgery. At her home, she faces some paranormal activities. She faces some horror things for weeks and now wants to share the things with her colleagues, but no one believes her. They all say that she is hallucinating because of her PTSD. At her building, she meets a man Named Sahil Arora, played by Vatsal, who invites her to his place to have coffee. At his place, he keeps dead bodies inside his fridge and drinks blood. Dr. Sekhar brings a ghost hunter after bribing to tell her that there are no ghosts in her house. But the Ghosthunter sees the devil in her house, but he tells her that there is no ghost in the house. Later he tells Dr. Shekhar that there is a ghost. Shekhar asks him to keep quiet and not say anything to anyone.

Later, Reyna asks Shekhar on a dinner date. They both go to a restaurant, where she wants to propose him. Before proposing she wants to makeup. She receives a call from the ghost who is Sahil and tells her not to believe Shekhar and to check his phone. She is scared and wants to go home. She goes back and checks his phone. She finds out the text message from the ghost hunter and is now devastated. Later, Sahil tells her that to see if the ghost is haunting her place or he is haunting her. He asks her to move from her apartment. She goes to live in a hotel room. Later another doctor sees the ghost and believes her. Now it is interesting to see that if she finds out that Sahil is the ghost and what he wants from her.
