Chithiram TV is a Tamil children TV channel from the Kalaignar TV Network in India. They target kids between 2 and 14. It was released in 2010, making it Kalaignar TV Network's first kids' channel. Toon, the most well-known originator in the realm, is kidnaped by a couple of toy goons to turn away their annihilation.
