' starring Deeksha Panth, Akash, Bangarayya alongside Dhanraj. Plot Janaki (Deeksha Panth) is an actress who has recently won a national award for one of her films. To celebrate the success the director (Ahamkaram), producer (Bangarayya), writer and hero plan a surprise party at a bungalow. A twist occurs when one by one all of them die and blames Janaki. Real murderers also want to kill Janaki. Now Janaki has to save herself and also catch the real criminals. Her manager and a friend help her in this task. The whole story revolves around this plot.
Analysis: Praveen Chandar, director of 'Banthi Poola Janaki', makes an unsuccessful attempt to make a comedy- thriller film. Although the flick has numerous comedy gags, the script is weak. The poor narration adds to the casualties. Even the technical department like the editor, the screenplay is also average. The only cinematography is little satisfactory. Production values are also decent. Few comedy scenes are stale and silly. Also, the element of the thrill is not that promising.
The audience won't get many twists and turns to relish. The casting director of the flick is the culprit as he has picked wrong actors for all the roles. Almost all the artists are a misfit in their respective characters. Audiences would love that the film ends only in 89 minutes, and the boredom won't continue further.
Star Performances: As this is a limited budget and comedy flick, so all the comedian's have been enrolled in the project. Deeksha is the leading lady, and the whole story revolves around her. But no amount of their efforts pays off here as they are not fit for this script. No doubt the comedy conversations between Akash, Bangarayya, etc. would tickle our laugh bone, but some roles lack depth and justification. Deeksha also is not impressive as Janaki. She had a great opportunity to make an impact, but she wastes this chance.

1. Comedy content of the flick won't let you down. All the comedians are the part of the project and will surely make you laugh.
2. Cinematography and Production values are convincing.
3. Suspense element of the interval is also exciting.
What's not there?
 1. The direction of the movie is a big let down.
2. The script is also weak and lacks some excitement for viewers.
3. Editing and Screenplay are below par.
4. Actors also haven't made any effort to lift this movie.
Verdict: If you don't have any other thing to do this weekend and are ready to risk your few bucks, only then go for 'Banthi Poola Janaki' as the flick is not a promising entertainer.
