Dhruva is an Indian actor working predominantly in the Tamil film industry. He completed a film making course based on Hollywood Film Making Practices in the USA and has several acting credits to his name. He shot to fame after the Tamil period film, Thilagar (2015), where he plays the titular role along with Neetu Chandra and Kishore. This film got critically acclaimed, and Dhruva was praised for his acting in it by the legendary Kalaipuli Thanu, who gave the superstar title to Rajinikanth. Before this, he had been cast as a supporting actor in various films like Aanmai Thavarael (2011) and Naan Than Bala (2014).
