Hamom Sadananda is a famous Indian actor and singer predominantly working in the Manipuri film industry. He was born on 16 February in Thouda Bhabok Leikai, Imphal, Manipur. His father's name is Hamom Muhindro, and his mother is Hamom Ongbi Indubala. Hamom started working as a child actor in 1993 with his debut Manipuri film Sambal Wangma. His first Meitei language film has directed by K Ibohal Sharma, in which he worked with Khun Joykumar, Parvati and Star Kamei in the lead roles. Later, Hamom Sadananda started his career as a singer and later followed the acting field in the Manipuri film industry. His first film in a lead role is Igengi Atiya - The Sky of Autumn, directed by Khwairakpam Bishwamittra and released in 2002.
