Darshan Dharmaraj was a Sri-Lankan Actor. He was born on 2nd March 1981 in Rakwana, Sri Lanka. He was a father of one child, and Subhashini was his wife. Darshan's education was from St. John's Tamil College. He started his career in the year 2008, and entered into the Sinhala Industry by performing a role in a film Prabhakaran. It was his debut film where he played the character of the LTTE leader. In 2008, Darshan played the character of Suresh in the film Machan. The movie was in the Sinhala language. In 2009, he played the role of LTTE soldier in the film Ira Handa Yata. Ini Avan in 2012, Matha in 2012, Address Na in 2015, Spandana in 2015, Ulath Ekai Pilath Ekai in 2016, Aloko Udapadi in 2017, Komaali Kings, Davena Vihagun, and Porisadaya in 2018.

He has won several awards like Best Film Actor in 2012, Best Actor- Derena Lux Film Awards in 2013, and Best Actor- Hiru Golden Film Award in 2014.
