Rabindra Narayan is a Punjabi producer, actor, director, and design coordinator. He was general secretary of the Collegiate Drama Society, which produced over two thousand shows within the last three decades. He began his career as a director in 1983 and is known for his contributions to the Punjabi satellite television field.

Rabindra Narayan is known as the Father of Punjab Satellite Television. He was the leader of the Punjabi Satellite Channel. He was the first to launch the first Punjabi satellite channel across the Punjabi world in 1998. He is credited for including Gurbani Kirtan from Sri Darbar Sahib, Amritsar, on the TV map in 1998.

He is the managing director and president of the PTC network. He has worked with media houses like ZEE, ETC, TEJ Press, Sundaymail, Weekly Sun, and many more. He produced many movies like Aazadi De Taraanay, Zorawar, Chausar: The Power Genes, Bhakti Di Dhee, Fer Mamla Gadbad Gadbad, Lucky Kabootar Singh, Rajjo, Seeto Marjani, Kuknoos, and Disco Singh.
