Hitesh Nakra is a chef and technical architect based in Peterborough, England, United Kingdom. He hails from the state of Punjab, India. He completed his schooling at Vidya Mandir Senior Model School. Thereafter, he studied Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science in 2006 at the DAV College, Hoshiarpur. Then, he studied Master of Computer Applications at the Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology. Hitesh started his career as an Assistant System Engineer at the Tata Consultancy Services in September 2012 where he worked at the company as a Unix and Backup administrator.

In 2014, he was promoted to the position of System Engineer and managed the infrastructure build and operations. After a few years, he started working as a system analyst to handle project support and management, service improvements and performance tuning, vendor coordination and management, and audits. In January 2021, Hitesh moved to England and became the assistant consultant and managed Documentation, Capacity Planning, Technology roadmap and POC, Datacentre operations, and other operations.

Apart from engineering, Hitesh is also a talented chef, and in 2019 Hitesh gained popularity when he participated in a cooking reality show called Punjab De Superchef Season 4 which aired on PTC Punjabi. The show was hosted by Master Chef Harpal Singh Sookhi and Hitesh was the first runner up in the show. Besides, Hitesh is highly skilled in Team Management, Disaster Recovery, Team Building, Leadership, Customer Service, Backup Solutions, and Data Centre Operations.
