She was born and reared in Bathinda, Punjab, and attended Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 5 before graduating from Malwa College. Kul Sidhu's acting career began in 2011 when she appeared in the National Film Award-winning film "Anhe Ghore Da Daan," playing the wife of the film's protagonist, a rickshaw puller. Her outstanding performance received great accolades. Kul Sidhu has continued to make her mark in the Punjabi cinema industry over the years, acting in a variety of movies.

She has appeared in films such as "Yaraan Naal Baharaan 2" (2012), "Ajj De Ranjhe" (2012), "Nooran" (2014), "Sutta Naag" (2014), "Qissa Panjab" (2015), "Rupinder Gandhi the Gangster..?"
