Shakti Safalya Dash is an Indian actor and filmmaker who works mainly in the Odia film industry. He completed his schooling (senior secondary education-science) at DAV Schools Network in 2020. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Design and Film/ Cinema Studies at Delhi Technological University, in 2025. Shakti was a creative video intern at Extramarks Education India Pvt. Ltd, Noida, in 2023. He has been a freelance filmmaker at Aiu Production, Odisha, since 2021 and he has been a President and technical specialist at Delhi Odi Student’s Association, Delhi, since 2022. Shakti Safalya Dash was also a student (Department of Design) at DTU. He has worked in the Mahadevi serial in 2023.
