Sahana Bajwacharya is a Nepalese model, actress, TV anchor, media personality, and storyteller. She was born and brought up in Kathmandu, Bagmati, Nepal. She attended St. Mary’s School in Jawlakhel, Lalitpur. Then, she went to Wigam & Leigh College in Kathmandu for higher studies. She went for Miss Nepal in 2008, but the pageant was canceled due to protests by female Maoists. In 2010, she was crowned as Miss Nepal Earth. Also, she hosted the second season of “Mega Model.” It was a Nepalese version of “America’s Next Top Model.” She also hosted the TV show “

In 2011, she was chosen to represent Nepal in the world beauty pageant as “Miss Supertalent.” The event was held in Korea, and there she was amongst the top 15. After that, she joined the Nepal Television Network and hosted another TV show, “Namaste TV.” Sahana is the first woman to be featured in the Ruslan Vodka’s advertisement. In 2012, she was seen in the Nepali movie “Goodbye Kathmandu.” She made a guest appearance in the film. In 2019, she started working as a Senior Producer at “On the Record Nepal.”
