Nabin Subba (nicknamed Limbu) was born on 14 December 1967. He is a Nepalese film director, producer and screenwriter. He had the beginning of his career writing and directing theatre plays, winning various honours and awards. He has directed and produced around 16 films. Nabin Subba is famous for the Nepalese films Numafung (2001), A Road to a Village (2023), and Goodbye Kathmandu (2017). He has also worked to produce and direct the TV series "

" and made 52 episodes of the series, which was completed in 2006 and aired on NTV from 2008/2009. His famous film, Numafung, won a 2003 audience award at the Vesoul Asian Film Festival.
