Sarita Lamichhane is a famous actress. She was born on 25 November 1975. She received her primary education from Nepal Government School in 1989. After this, she completed his Intermediate studies at the Higher Secondary Education Board (H.S.E.B) in 1992. She obtained a Bachelor of Education (B. Ed.) degree from Tribhuvan University in 1994. She started her acting career with Nepal Television's show Mukti.
After this, she worked in many TV shows like Chetanako Diyo, Aachanak, Dui Din Ko Zindagani, Gahana, Janaki, Sita, Chahana Manko, and Parichaya. Apart from acting, she has also served as a judge in many award shows and contests like Mrs. Nepal International 2015, and Mr /Mrs. Rajdhani 2015, Miss Youth Nepal 2015, INAS Award 2017, B.S., National film award 2015, INAS award 2015, FAAN AWARD 2016, and NEFTA Award 2017. In 2014, she was elected to the post of General Secretary in the Film Artistes Association of Nepal [FAAN].
