Prakash Ghimire is a Nepalese actor. He started his film career in 2010 with the film Ek din Ek Raat. He has also acted in the movie Uma. In 2014, his third film, Talakjung vs Tulke, was released. He gained popularity with his two films, Jatra and Pashupati Prasad. Pashupati Prasad is a Nepali social satire film directed by Diprendra K Khanal. Prakash Ghimire played the role of Mitbaa in this film. Jatra is a Nepali drama and comedy-based film. After that, he did many more films like Dhanapati in 2017, Hurray in 2018, Garud Puran and Gopi in 2019, and Pani Photo in 2022. He was nominated at the NEFTA Film Award 2072 for Best Actor in a Supporting Role (Male) for his movie Pashupati Prasad and won that award.
