Mee Kosam is a tv show aired on ETV Abhiruchi. It is a cookery show in which a female host shows methods of making different dishes. Mee Kosam is hosted by Swapna. The show started in 2019. Each episode of the show is 25 to 30 minutes long. In each episode, the host of the program shows the viewers how to make different recipes in the easiest method possible. At the start of the show, she first reads all the fan mails sent on the show praising it. Then she reveals the dishes she is going to make.
In the show, she tells the easiest method step by step. She starts by telling the ingredients required in the making of the dishes. She tells the number of ingredients one needs to make a dish. She usually makes all dishes for two or four people, and she tells the viewers about the quantity that they need to increase according to the family members. After that, she tells the viewers how to start making these dishes.
Sometimes she tells the roots of a dish. She tells how a dish came into existence and the region where the dish is most famous. After completing the dish and tasting it she tells the viewers about the things that they can change and do differently to make the dish different and unique. In one of the episodes, she told the viewers how to make Meal Maker Manchurian. In the same episode, she told the viewers the recipe of Hariyali Pav Bhaji. In another episode, she told the viewers how to make ice cream at home. She also told the viewers how to cook Nellore Karam Dosa, Ghee Karam Dosa, Butter Karam Dosa, eggless chocolate cake without an oven, etc.Â
