Initially, the series was broadcasted only in Hindi, but as of now, it has been telecasting in the south Indian languages like Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam. Internationally the series is known as Rat-A-Tat. Previously the themes of the shows in Nick were actions and adventures. Pakdam Pakdai is the inspiration of the cartoon series Oggy And The Cockroaches. The story revolves around the Dog and three mice. The notable characters in this series are Doggy-Don, Mottu, Chottu, Lambu, Karnal, Ballu. Doggy-Don is a little pink dog. Chottu declared himself the leader of the Chuha party. It features the war between the Doggy-Don and the three mice. Doggy-Don is helped by his elder brother Karnal, and with him, he wins the mice and safeguards his house from them. Now it has been telecasted on Nickelodeon Sonic from 7 am to 8 am and 8 pm to 11 pm on the weekdays and from 9.30 pm to 11 pm on the weekend.
