Zareena is the original name of the south Indian actress Nadhiya. She was born in the year 1966 in Mumbai to the Muslim father, Moidu and the Hindu mother, Lalitha. Nadhiya has a younger sister called Haseena. In 1984, she entered the film industry through the Malayalam movie ‘Nokketha Doorathu Kannum Nattu’, along with Padmini and Mohanlal. The film was a super hit and it was remade in Tamil in the year 1985, as ‘Poove Poochudava’. Nadhiya acted in that movie too, with S.Ve. Shekar.

Anjali Patil was born on 26th September, 1987, in Nasik, Maharashtra. She is a very prominent movie and drama actress. She had also done overseas movies which was a milestone in her career. She has been active in the film industry right from the year 2011 till the present and she belongs to the Hindu community. The best part about the actress is that she has done eleven movies in a very short span and out of which she had also given a guest appearance in the Hollywood movie namely Finding Fanny. With You Without You is a Srilankan movie and she had acquired an award in the overseas film Fest. At the age of fourteen, Anjali Patil had planned to do acting as her profession. So, she did her graduation in a cinema related field at the University of Pune.

Born in the year 1972, Sunitha Krishnan is the Indian social worker and also the founder of an NGO named Prajwala that helps the sex-trafficked people to rehabilitate in the society. She has tried to spread awareness about sex trafficking via social, political, and legal ways. She is also trying to collaborate with government and seek out policies against trafficking.

Mohana Krishna Indraganti is a famous Indian movie director. He is famously known and prevalent in the Telugu film industry. His introduction to the film industry was with the film ‘Grahanam’ in the year 2005. He won 11 awards for his acting in the film, which includes the National Film Award for Best First Film of a Director, among many others. The film was likewise showcased as a signature at the International Film Festival of India in the year 2005. He was born in Tanuku in Andhra Pradesh. He finished his graduation for the Master of Fine Arts degree, which he got from York University. He was born to an Andhra family. His parents are a mother, Indraganti Srikanth, father, Janaki Bala. His grandparents were authors. So he had an interest in movies and acting right from his youth. His grandma's stories were outwardly nitty-gritty in their portrayal.

Thagubothu Ramesh was born on 25th November 1981, in the Karimnagar district of Telangana. He was named as Ramesh Ramilla at birth, but after he began acting in films, he is popularly referred to as Thagabothu Ramesh. His surname is a result of his choice of roles or characters in movies. Ramesh is a Telugu film actor and in Telugu, ‘Thagubothu’ means drunkard. His 2009 movie- ‘Mahatma’ features him in such a role, and the film was a huge success, commercially as well as aesthetically. Ramesh gained a lot of recognition from the audience and the prominent director- Nandini Reddy cast him in the movie ‘Ala Modalaindi’ in which he plays the character of a drunk software engineer.

Prakash Raj, born on 26th of March, 1965, as Prakash Rai, in Bangalore, is an actor, director, and producer. He is also a television presenter and has worked in films of many languages. He is best known for his work in the film industry of South India, and for playing roles of a villain in quite a few Bollywood films. He hails from a Tulu and Kannada-speaking household and is fluent in various other languages such as Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, and Telugu. He also has an actor brother named Prasad Raj. He studied at St. Joseph’s Boy’s School, and subsequently, at St. Joseph’s College of Commerce. Both institutions are in Bangalore. Prakash has three children, Meghana, Pooja, and Sidhu, from his earlier marriage to the actress Lalitha Kumari. His son, unfortunately, passed away in the year 2004. He is currently married to the choreographer Pony Verma. In the first few years of his career, he worked in Kannada Doordarshan, doing serials like Guddada Bhootha, and he also acted in supporting roles in Kannada movies like Nishkarsha.

'Sampath Raj' was born on 25 December 1968 in Chennai. He adopted film field as his profession for more than a decade by acting in a 2004-released film titled ‘Neranja Manasu’ .Though he played only a small role in the film, he gave it his best and had a series of films to his credits almost every year since then. Though born in Chennai, Sampath is not partial about the languages of the movies he acts in, nor is he bothered with the type of role that he gets to play in the films.

Prabhas is one of the favorite heroes of the Andhra people. His original name is Prabhas Raju Uppalapati and he was born in Chennai. His parents are Suryanarayana Raju and Siva Kumari. He has a brother Prabodh and a sister Pragati. His debut movie was Eshwar in 2002 and his costar was Sridevi Vijayakumar. Varsham is one of his biggest hits and in this film, he is paired with Trisha. Varsham was later remade in Tamil as Mazhai with Jayam Ravi and Shriya Saran. His film Chathrapathi also went on well with 100 days in theatres. In the film Pournami, he acted with Trisha and Charmi. The climax song with a fight was praised by all. Charmi was applauded for the wonderful dance. He also acted in an action comedy movie Bujjigadu and it got a good success. Later on he acted in Billa, a remake of Tamil movie Billa. Rebel, directed by choreographer cum actor cum director Raghavendra Lawrence was also a hit movie for Prabhas. He gave a cameo appearance for a song in Action Jackson, dancing with Sonakshi Sinha. His latest film is Baahubali, with Anushka Shetty, Tamannah and Ramya Krishnan. It is a bilingual movie, which is shot in Tamil and Telugu simultaneously.

Trivikram Srinivas, a Telugu director and writer, who brought out a need for new marketing strategy for Telugu film makers. He had always presented and structured to carve out the original marketing plan that was required in Tollywood then. His clever promotion strategies than he had planned, for example, for a film like’’ Athadu’’, he made the film in Hindi, Tamil and Malayalam languages. Later, the same film was dubbed into Polish language for Poland people. The film’s satellite in Telugu circuit was sold to a whooping sum of $45 million then, and it became the top grosser in 2005. His next flick in 2008 was Jalsa which had released in 1000 theatres and the film grossed $220 million in just 50 days. Later on, he continued with the same formula for Khaleja (2010) which did not meet the same expectation which he had, the film became just an average grosser. This filmmaker had always pitched or his every film project according to his audiences, and then went to define a target audience for his project’s promotional strategy. But why was drawn to such marketing? Because, his first film Nuvve Nuvve’’ was superhit which had new comer Tarun Kumar and Shriya Saran playing the lead. Success of this film really inspired the director to bring a new trend in marketing films. He has directed many stars of Tollywood such as Mahesh Babu, Trisha, Pawan Kalyan, Ileana D'Cruz, Allu Arjun, Upendra, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, who were just ultimate superstars. Although he was a dialogue writer he had penned lyrics ( film Oka Raju Oka Rani) and rendered his voice too for his own film “Nuvve Nuvve”.

Merlepaka Gandhi is a popular and young Tollywood director who made his debut with the South Blockbuster movie named Venkatadri Express. The movie was a huge success and made the aspiring director recognised among the masses. Currently he is engaged on the post-production tasks of his next movie Express Raja. The much-awaited movie stars Actor Sharwanand and Actress Surabhi in the lead roles.

Pramod Uppalapati is a notable film producer, known for bankrolling blockbuster movies such as Saaho, Mirchi, and Bhaagamathie. Pramod Uppalapati comes from a big filmy backdrop. Baahubali’ star Prabhas is his cousin, with whom he has worked a couple of times. In 2013, Pramod started his production company, UV Creations, along with Vamsi Krishna Reddy and Vikram Reddy in Hyderabad, Telangana.
