Tamil devotional singer, Saradasridevi, also known as Bombay Saradha, has a family background of singers. After singing for A R Rahman’s composition KuchiKuchiRakkamma in Manirathnam’s film Bombay (1995) at the age of 7-years-old, she is popularly known as Bombay Saradha.
Saradha has learnt classical music from her mother, Smt. M R Vijaya and Smt. Sarojini Balakrishnan since the age of 5.Saradha’s family was one of great musicians as her mother was also a singer.
