Number 9 is a Sinhala television drama that airs on weekdays at 8:00 PM on ITN in Sri Lanka. The show is produced by Sampath Wedage, written by Dhananjaya Siriwardena, and directed by Charith Abeysinghe. The cast includes several well-known Sri Lankan actors and actresses. During their conversation, Colvin shares a story about Mona, whom he met in France 30 years ago and describes as the most important woman in his life. Colvin then reflects on the loneliness of old age, expressing how he's started talking to himself and finds loneliness to be a great pain.
