Vava Suresh was born in 1974 in Trivandrum, Kerala, to Bahuleyan and Krishnamma. He is a wildlife conservationist and a social worker. Suresh is also called Snake Master. Suresh catches snakes in residential areas and leaves them in safe places. He has saved the lives of more than 50 000 snakes that are stranded in human-inhabited areas. As per the reports, Suresh had captured 200 King Cobras in his life. Besides saving the stranded snakes, he had also collected the snake eggs and preserved them until they hatch. He sends them to the right places after they get hatched. Besides saving the species, he had also created awareness among the people about the snakes and their behavior.
