In order to make it popular, national media ordered a TV show named Yoga by Baba Ramdev. The tv show was aired on DD National and DD Bharti at the same time. It aired every morning at 7 am. In the show, Baba Ramdev thought of different asanas of Yoga. he showed the easiest ways to do these yogas and then told the benefits of these yoga asanas.
One of the most frequent asanas that showed was ‘Kapalbhati.’ In this method, he tells them what to do. He told us that one should always do that to be healthy.
