The show started withholding auditions in Varanasi. In Varanasi, they went to judge the housewives who went on the show to take part in it. In the show, they had several rounds of auditions to choose the four contestants to play the game after these initial rounds selected four candidates were there to play the game and to win the crown of Big Memsaab. These rounds involve playing games and dancing, singing competitions. The show started with them introducing themselves after that they started the show. The first round was to judge them based on their dancing talent. The four housewives had to dance alone and with their husbands in the series. After that, they were scored based on dance performance. The 2nd round included them playing several games with their husbands and sometimes alone. The round was named Sawal Jawab that translates to question answer. In this round, the host of the show asked several questions to the players they had to answer, and the women who answered the maximum right number of items won the round.

After that, they were blindfolded and had to touch some stuff. After feeling that they had to tell what they just touched. The person able to say to it correctly won the respective round. In one of the rounds, they had to kick balloons from their feet that were tied with ropes. The person who burst the maximum number of balloons in the minimum time won the round. The women who scored the maximum amount in all rounds combined were chosen as the winner of that episode. After that, winners of several episodes competed against each other to win the ultimate crown of Big Memsaab. After Varanasi, they visited Ranchi, Jharkhand, Patna, Lucknow, and other cities.
