The initial sequences of the show were shot in Indore and Ujjain. The story primarily revolves around a young orphan woman named Suman who had a dream of finding true love and a lovely family, and she even got a chance at it. She used to live in a girl’s hostel, and her best friend Nandini’s mother, who came from a wealthy and lovely traditional family, chose Suman as their future daughter-in-law. Suman ended up getting close to Nandan and fell in love with him, but she was chosen for his older brother, Anshuman. Thus, Suman got stuck in a dilemma.
After various hardships, Suman and Nandan got married, but shortly after Nandan tragically passed away in a car accident. As a result, Suman faced immense trials and tribulations and took a lot of time to get back on good terms with her in-laws and family and ultimately got married to Anshuman and received the blessings of the family.
