Heena started her television acting career with popular TV serial Haar Jeet in Colors Television. In the show, she portrayed the character of Mahika Maansingh. She has also appeared in another popular television series Main Lakshmi Tere Aangan Ki. Heena Parmar debuted into small screen with Yeh Rishta Kya Kehalata Hai. In 2012, she met with a minor road accident while travelling by auto riksha to her shooting spot. She sustained injury in her head but recovered quickly and resumed shooting her television serials.
