However, on their way a storm causes their bus to almost fall down a cliff. There is limited time and the chaos increases. Everyone except Lakshmi’s parents Manoj and Kuljeet manage to get off the bus. When the girls hide in his office Rishi finds out about them and considering the fact that there are trespassers in his 5-star hotel he gets frustrated adding to the day’s events. Lakshmi manages to make him promise that he won’t call the cops on them but Rishi does so anyway leading them to get arrested. Rano cracks a plan with the help of Balwinder, Rishi’s driver, and with his help rescues the girls from jail. Later as per her instructions Balwinder gets drunk and talks ridiculous things about Rishi and his hotel which lead to a set of events which ultimately lead to a fire breaking out and chaos. Rishi after hearing the commotion rushes back to the hotel to rescue the people in it but faints after inhaling smoke from the chaotic accident.

Lakshmi manages to save him. Later Rishi’s father meets her and gets impressed by her kind and selfless nature along with her moral education. He asks Rano and her husband for Lakshmi’s hand in marriage with Rishi. Rano agrees thinking that the talk was about Neha. Later when the other party arrives with the shagun, the confusion gets cleared up and Rishi’s father Virendra asks Lakshmi to make the decision. Upon seeing a glimpse of her own father Manoj in Virendra she agrees to go on a date with Rishi where she finally begins to see him for what he really is and gets impressed by it. After another set of events caused by Balwinder, they save each other. After this, Rishi invites everyone to his birthday party where he falls for Lakshmi and proposes marriage to her which she accepts.

However, things get complicated when Lakshmi finds out on her wedding day that Rishi never loved her and was forced into the marriage. He instead, holds affections for another woman named Malishka who is hell bent upon separating the two of them. She also finds out that she is the only person whom Rishi can get married to and she can save him considering his kundali. This adding to the set of malicious plans by her aunt Rano and sister Neha make her go through a set of disturbing events with her finally making the decision to get separated from the whole family. Whether Rishi regrets his actions and realizes his true feelings for Lakshmi and whether Lakshmi will ever forgive him is what constitutes the rest of the episodes.
