Surveen Chawla is one of the leading actress in the Indian Television Industry, having been casted in a number of TV serials after her debut in 2008 in a popular TV serial named, Kahiin To Hoga (8 September 2003 – 15 February 2007), which was publicized on Star Plus. The TV arrangement spins around Prof. Sinha and his five daughters. Surveen Chawla played the role of Charu Sinha, one of lead characters, Kashish’s sister. After being casted in one of the most popular TV serial of its time, Surveen caught the attention of many producers and directors, and got casted as an anchor in a comedy TV show named ‘Comedy Circus Ke Superstars’, aired on Sony Entertainment Television.

Year after year she got casted in many TV shows and serials, giving her a start in the industry she dreamed of. She also got casted in a number of Bollywood movies, such as Hate Story 2 (2014) and Creature 3D (2014). The film Hate Story 2 is about a young lady who is buried alive, yet an outsider hears the clamor of somebody battling in a pine box close-by. He dives into that place and opens the box, however soon the man who buried her discovers that she is alive, and start plotting to kill her once more. In the movie Surveen played the role of lead character, Sonika Prasad.

Surveen belongs to a Punjabi family; can speak Punjabi as fluidly/smoothly as she speaks Tamil and Hindi. This is one of the reason why she got casted in various Punjabi and Tamil motion pictures, for example, Dharti (2011), Singh vs Kaur (2013), and Disco Singh (2014).

Whenever Surveen gets spare time in her hands she likes to hang out with her friends. She said in an interview that she likes to dance, and even though she is not a very good dancer, still she likes to do whatever steps she knows and do with the flow. It helps her by keeping her mind off from different issues.

Neha Dhupia is a Bollywood actress who began her career in modeling. She later appeared in a theatre too called Graffiti. And went to debut on the television series ‘Rajdhani’ in 2002. She appeared in a very few film, and she credits the acting craft with building her confidence and helped her overcome the confidence that the character that she played on screen. 

Huma Qureshi is a model-turned-actress in Bollywood. Before making her debut in films, she has appeared in some commercial advertisements that had featured two B-town superstars Amir Khan and Shahrukh Khan. While she was shooting for an advertisement, director Anurag Kashyap offered her a role in ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’. 

Sreejita De is an actress and model, hailing from West Bengal, who is renowned for her work in TV serials. Besides that, she has also acted in Bollywood films. She was born on July 19, 1989, in Haldia, West Bengal. She is a graduate in Mass Media from Ruia College. Though she wanted to be a journalist, on her friend’s advice who was working in Balaji Telefilms, she gave acting a shot and got selected for the role of Gargi Bajaj in Kasauti Zindagi Ki, thus making a debut in the TV serial industry in 2007. In the year 2008 she made her Bollywood debut with the role of Parvati in the movie Tashan. Her portrayal of Mukta Rathore in the TV series Uttaran helped her gain fame and footing in the industry, after which she played the role of Sonia in the movie Love Ka The End. Being a Bengali she has faced problems in speaking Hindi at the starting of her career but she was quick to overcome this lingual challenge and established herself firmly. Currently De can be seen as the lead character in serials like Annu Ki Ho Gayee Waah Bhai Waah where she plays the role of Annu and in the serial Tumhi Ho Bandhu Sakha Tumhi where she plays the role of Shreya.

Soundarya Sharma is an Indian Film Actress and Model. She works in the Bollywood Film Industry. Soundarya was born on the 20th of September in the year 1994. She was brought up in New Delhi. She pursued her Bachelor of Dental Studies and looked for some job opportunities in Delhi.

Kriti Sanon is a model-turned-actress who made her first break in cinema through a Telugu film. It was in the year 2014; she signed for a Telugu film “Nenokkadine’’ where she played the role of Sameera. The film was a biggest grosser in US markets, and the film had Mahesh Babu as hero opposite Kriti Sanon. It was the most costly film in Tollywood.  In the same year, she got her first break in Bollywood. 

Vidya Balan is an award winning Bollywood actress who was born in Poothamkurussy, Puthur of Kerala. Her birthday is 1st of January in 1978. Her parents are Saraswathy and P. R Balan. Her elder sister is Priya Balan and her second cousin is Indian actress Priyamani. She studied at a High School in Mumbai and in 1995, at the age of sixteen, she played the role of Radhika in the first season of Ekta Kapoor's TV series named “Hum Paanch”. In her teenage, she was inspired by Indian actress Shabana Azmi and Madhuri Dixit. She studied Sociology in St. Xavier's College and completed Master's in Mumbai University. Later, she appeared in “Lage Raho Munna Bhai” (2006) co starred with Sanjay Dutt. In 2007, she appeared in romantic comedy film “Heyy Babyy”. Heyy Babyy is a remake of Hollywood film “Three Men and a Baby”. Vidya played the role of Isha Sahni and the movie became an overnight hit. She got the opportunity of working with director Aziz Mirza, in 2008. Aziz selected Vidya for the role of Priya, in “Kismat Konnection”. The victorious period of her career as a Hindi actress began in the year 2009. She appeared in five different successive films, including “Paa” (2009), “Ishqiya” (2010), “The Dirty Picture” (2011), Kahaani (2012). Her prominent acting skills in those roles recognized her in Hindi cinema. She has won the National Film Award for best actress (Dirty picture), five Filmfare Awards for Parineeta (2005), Paa (2009), The Dirty Picture (2011), and Kahaani (2012) and Ishqiya (2010), five Screen Awards and Padma Shri Award in 2014. Vidya Balan got married to Siddharth Roy Kapoor, the CEO of UTV Motion Pictures on 14th of December 2012 in Bandra, Mumbai.

Bhumi Pednekar is Maharashtrian unconventional actress. Bhumi was initially an assistant to the casting director of Yash Raj Films; and recently made her debut under the Yash Raj Films banner by starring in Dum Laga Ke Haisha starring Ayushmann Khurrana. She holds that it was like a “Cinderella moment” for her when she was asked to play the role of the leading actor in the movie. Bhumi plays the role of Sandhya an over-weight girl in her debut movie. She had to gain about 15 kilograms for her role in the movie but has now lost a lot of weight and is back at being fit.

Bhumi Pednekar might not be a well-known name in the Bollywood industry just yet but given her performance in her first movie that released in February 2015, the days are not far. Bhumi dreams of romancing with Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan on screen. Her favorite actress is Karisma Kapoor and mentioned that she was obsessed with her role in Raja Hindustani when she was 12 years old. She is being called an unconventional Bollywood actress due to her weight issues. Her family is very close to super star Salman Khan, who guided her when she stepped in the film industry. She got positive reviews for “Fugly” with Taran Adarsh of Bollywood Hungama commenting that she is a combination of looks and talent. She is versatile and has range in her acting. This took her along way ahead in her career.

 The new TV show. “Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi” demands Radhika to play the role of a Gujarati, happy go lucky girl. Apart from having to remould her life to the new and busy routine that onscreen acting demands, Radhika is coping well, as her character has well set ideologies, some of which match her own. Her relationship with her co-stars has also been very complementary as they are very open to helping her around the sets and showing her little tips and tricks. 

 Although the series is yet to air, Ekta Kapoor's confidence in the new talent has already garnered much excitement and the audience has already given a positive response and await the new chemistry between Shakti Arora and herself. Her sudden career change hasn’t stopped her from continuing her education, and she has decided to pursue her degree via correspondence. Babil Khan is an Indian actor who is mainly associated with the Bollywood film industry. He was born in Mumbai. He went to Tridha school, Mumbai. He did BA in film at the University of Westminster, London, England. His father is Irrfan Khan, and his mother is Sutapa Sikdar. He has a younger brother, Ayaan Khan. Anil Kapoor is the son of Surinder Kapoor and Nirmal. 

His father was a very prominent Indian film producer. Anil Kapoor had a profession as a Bollywood actor for about twenty five successful years. As right now, he is quite busy working in the international movies. He is best known for producing the film Gandhi, My Father. Hamare Tumhare is his first movie, which got released in the year 1979 and he had done a supporting character. He gained his name as an actor with the movie Vamsa Vruksham (1970), a Telugu movie.

Vikas Manaktala is an Indian actor. He was born on February 10, 1981 in Delhi. Manaktala did his schooling from Meera Model School Delhi. He graduated in MA from DCAC. Manaktala began his career as a model. The most famous ones are Reid and Taylor’s advertisement with Amitabh Bachchan and the Videocon advertisement with Shahrukh Khan. Standing beside these two celebrities has brought him to the limelight. He also bagged the award of Mr. India.

Manaktala made his television debut in the show “Left Right Left” on the channel SAB TV in 2006. He plays the role of Cadet Amardeep Huda. The show is focused on six baffled and disoriented cadets in an Indian Army academy. The show became extremely famous and followed by young people. Manaktala even won the Fresh New Face for Male award for his role in the Indian Telly Award in 2011. 

The show he works in is “Main Naa Bhoolungi” on the channel Sony India in 2013. He plays the role of the male lead, Sameer Verma. Sameer Verma is a successful businessman and falls in love with the character Shikha Gupta. They conceive child named Manav. But Shikha has been deceived. Sameer’s real name is Aditya Jagannath and he wishes to murder her. But Shikha survives the attack and wants her child back. Thus the story proceeds.

Karan Johar is one among the top ten celebrities in the Indian cinema, who is popular in almost all the important fields in the cinema. He was born in the year 1974 in Mumbai to Yash Johar and Hiroo Johar. It has also bagged eight Awards from Filmfare including the Best Director and Screen Play. Kabhie Kushi Kabhi Gham, Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna, My Name Is Khan, Student Of The year and Gippi are the films directed by Karan Johar. He has produced many hit films including Kal Ho Na Ho, Wake Up Sid and I Hate Love Stories. Karan Johar has also acted in Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, apart from his assistant direction. He has also performed as a costume designed for the popular celebrities like Sharukh Khan, Hrithik Roshan and Amitabh Bachchan. Koffee With Karan was the popular show hosted by Karan Johar, which made him popular among the TV audience. This program got aired for four seasons till 2014. He was also a part of the show Jalak Dikhhla Jaa, judging the participants along with Madhuri Dixit.

Raj Kumar Yadav, also known as Rajkummar Rao, started his Hindi film career from the movie, Love Sex aur Dhokha, in the year 2010, but the movie that got him critical and public acclaim was Kai Po Che, for which he received the Filmfare Award for the Best Supporting Actor, in the year 2013. He has not looked back since then, and has received Filmfare Best Critics Award for Best Actor and National Film Award for the depiction of the lawyer, Shahid Azmi, in the movie, ‘Shahid’, that released in the year 2013. Since then he has starred in numerous Hindi films, and has established a unique style of acting and an intense position in the industry.

Sidharth Malhotra is an Indian actor who was born on January 16, 1985 in Delhi. His father Sunil was a former employee of Indian merchant Navy.

Sidharth started modeling at the age of 18. He was not very serious about it at that time and took it as a fun activity to earn extra money. He did modeling for 4 years before he decided to pursue acting as a career.

He then started off by assisting Karan Johar in the film My Name Is Khan in 2010. Karan then gave him his first big break in 2012 in the movie Student of the Year. The actor played Abhimanyu Singh in the movie. The film was successful and Sidharth got critical acclamation.

He then had 2 films in 2014 namely Hasee Toh Phasee and Ek villain. His work was compared to that of Amitabh Bachchan in his early life. Both his films did moderately well on box office but Sidharth received praise from both critics and audience for his screen presence and intensity.

He has won 4 awards which are Breakthrough performance (Stardust) and debut actor of the year (South Africa India Film and Television Awards) male for Student of the Year; most entertaining actor in a romantic film (Big Star Entertainment Awards) for Hasee Toh Phasee and Entertainer of the Year (shared with Alia Bhatt).

He got 10 other nominations combined for all his work.

He was among the top 15 on the Times of India List of India’s Most Desirable Men in 2012 and 2013. He was voted the 3rd hotlist most promising new comer (Times of India).

His upcoming film "Brothers" is in postproduction stage now, which will release on the 14th of august 2015. He is also doing a film Kapoor and Sons, which is still filming, and the dates are to be announced.

Shantanu Maheshwari was born on 7th March 1991 in Kolkata. He completed his high school in the St Joseph’s College and moved to Mumbai to complete his higher education. Since childhood Shantanu Maheshwari liked to dance, and after encouragement from his parents learned different styles of dance, such as popping and (liquid) waving. Since his college years, he has been part of Street Soul Dance Crew. He also learned traditional Indian dance and hip-hop, and because of him dancing skills, he was cast as a lead in a dance based tv show Dil Dosti Dance, aired on Channel V.
