Memsaab No.1 is the most popular first-ever non-scripted reality Bhojpuri TV show airing on Zee Ganga. Its 10th edition was launched on January 17, 2022, from Monday to Friday at 6:00 p.m. This 13-week-long show will showcase 16 contestants fighting for the most coveted title. This season comprises high-octane drama. It goes beyond the singing and dancing format shown in previous seasons. This time, the 16 talented female contestants will stay at Ganga Villa and battle to become a winner. They are tested based on three levels filled with various terrific tasks to emerge as the Sarv Gunn Sampann Babuni. These three levels are – Individual skills, Family environment, and Social responsibility. Descriptively, in the first stage, the participants’ overall developmental skills are tested, like presence of mind, decision-making power, etc.

After that, they will perform various tasks in a family environment under the watchful eyes of the judges to observe their adjustable nature, obedience, and caring attitude. Finally, the last stage is all about evaluating them according to the awareness of their surroundings. Additionally, behind the scene relationships, power dynamics, and ever-changing fierce equations among the contestants also add spice to the intriguing episodes.
