Shreya Ghoshal, one of the most famous singers in Bollywood today, was born on March 12th, 1984, in Berhampore, West Bengal. Her father Biswajit Ghoshal is an electrical engineer and mother Sharmistha Ghoshal is a postgraduate in literature. She started singing since the age of 4 when her mother taught her. She started her formal training in Hindustani classical Gharana of music when she was only six years old. She was trained for 18 months after which she continued her training in Mumbai with Late Mukta Bhideji. She completed her graduation in Arts with majors in English. Her first on-stage performance was at their club’s annual function. Her first studio album was in Bengali in 19998 and was named Bendhechhi Beena, and her first onscreen performance was in Awaz Nayi Andaaz Wohi. In 1995, she became the winner of All India Light Vocal Music Competition. Her fame and career began with her winning a television singing reality show named Sa Re Ga Ma Pa.

Muktha R Govind is an Indian film producer. He mainly works for Tamil Cinema Industry. He was born in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and India. His parent name is MukthaRamaswamy. Ramaswamy is also an Indian film producer, who works for Tamil cinema. Govind's uncle name is MukthaSrinivasan. His mother's name is Prema. His spouse name is Priyadarshini Govind. She is a prominent classical dancer of Bharatanatyam style.

Madhu Ambat was born on 6th March 1949 to Prof. K Bhagyanath and Smt. Ambat Sulochana. The Ambat family was an incredible group of individuals, with a father that quit being a professor to pursue his love for magic as full time career and a sister who grew up to be an incredible actress. Not only this, his younger sister, Vidhubala went on to become a leading actress in the Malayalam film industry. In a time when everybody was focused on getting into good colleges and getting well-paid jobs as soon as possible, Mr. Ambat was lucky to have a family that believed that he deserved to love what he did. So, despite extreme pressure, he went to the renowned Pune Film Institute. He had also got admitted into IIT, but instead decided to go the other way.

He firmly believes that anything that is written should either influence oneself or the others in the society. He firmly believes that writings have the capability to bring about a change in one’s life or even the other’s life. He had different kinds of writings. He had written novels, dialogues and also poems. After completing his graduation, he went to Australia to study in the School of Journalism. He had served for three long years in the Tamil TV industry, and he is now involved completely in writing the stories for the Tamil movies. He had written the dialogues for the India’s foremost talkie-motion poster. He was born on 29th of May in the year 1982 in Chennai and is now 33 years old.

Snehan, born as Sivaselvam is an actor, poet, lyricist and motivational speaker from Tamil Nadu. He was born on 23 June 1978 in Pudhukariyapatti, a small village in the Thanjavur district of Tamil Nadu, India. He was the youngest brother out of all eight and belonged to a well to do agricultural family. After completing his education, he moved to Chennai to find work. There he worked for the noted poet and lyricist Vairamuthu as his protégé. He stayed with the five years and the work familiarized him to the literary world of Tamil Nadu.

Hariharan is a renowned Indian singer, who sings mainly for Hindi and Tamil films. Born in 1955, he is a well-known Ghazal singer. He was also instrumental in bringing fusion music to India. 

Colonial Cousins is the name given to Hariharan’s band, wherein he collaborated with Lesle Lewis. This band was featured in many private albums. Not only this, they have also composed music for a few movies in Hindi and Tamil. 

Hariharan is born and brought up in Mumbai and he is well-versed in Tamil, Malayalam, English and Hindi. Hariharan is the offspring of famous Carnatic vocalists H.A.S. Mani and Shrimati Alamelu. Hariharan inherited the music skills from his mother. Hindustani music was made known to him in his youth. Hariharan indeed, took great efforts to reach the position that he is in today; he used to practice singing for 13 hours. 

During the initial stages of his career Hariharan used to sing for television serials. After winning a prize in a competition at all India level Hariharan was offered to sing in the film “Gaman” by late music composer Jaidev. The song “Ajeeb Sa Neha Mujh Par Guzar Gaya Yaaron" from the film earned him recognition that he rightly deserved. 

The song “Thamizha Thamizha” from the movie Roja was an instant hit and Hariharan, who sung it was awarded the “Best Male Playback Singer” in the Tamil Nadu State Government Film Awards. 

Hariharan was introduced into the Tamil film industry by A R Rahman, who was also a newbie at that time. Since then, the duo created magic with soul stirring songs in films, including Minsara Kanavu, Jeans, Indian, Muthu, Taal, Mudhalvan, Iruvar, Indira, Rangeela, Alaipayuthey, Kannathil MuthamIttal, Sivaji etc. Hariharan is credited with the Padma Shri Award and has received National awards for a couple of times. Hariharan is the proud singer of around 700 songs. He had also sung in Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Bengali and Marathi.

The immensely talented classical singer is taking further his father’s late Shri Veena Raghavan legacy. This well versed Tamil singer is principally seen singing in Tamil and bagging work from famous music directors such as A.R.Rehman. This amazing talent was born on 9th may 1981. This 34years singer is considered to be a source of abundant knowledge in classical singing, well-versed Veena player and most popular among classical section. His father late Shri Veena Raghavan is himself a great veteran in classical music. No doubt Sriram had to look nowhere for inspiration. Sriram started his career in 2001 and is still active. He is pulling it all with his exceptional talent.

Velmurgan is a Play Back Singer in Tamil Film Industry. He was born on 5 March 1980 in Viruthachalam, Tamil Nadu. Velmurgan is a singer, actor, musician, and lyricist. He entered the Tamil film industry in the year 2007. He had sung many folk songs, which include Madura in Subramaniapuram and the Otha Sollala in Aadukalam.

T Udhaya Kumar is a sound designer, predominantly working in Tamil film industry. He has worked in movies including Vivegam, Ulkuthu, Kodiveeran, Podhuvaga En Manasu Thangam, Dora, Kuttram 23, Chennai 600028 II, Kidari, Miruthan etc. 

Naveen, also known as Naveen Chandra Reddy is a South Indian actor who has acted in Telugu and Tamil movies. He was born in Bellary,Karnataka. He also had a dance institute in Bellary and taught a lot of students. He even participated in one of the state level dance competition and was shortlisted in every round. However, he did not win the finals. A lot of people were shocked to know that he had lost including the judge, Udayabhanu. She further gave him an idea that he should try his luck in movies. In 2003, he came to Hyderabad to try his luck with Rs. 2000/- which was spent in the next 2 days. Hence he worked as a waiter in Alpha Hotel which is opposite to Secunderabad railway station. He also used to deliver Newspapers and Milk packets early in the morning. After saving for about a year, he joined a class to learn animation and web designing and joined the Institute as a Trainer.

He made his debut with the Tamil Movie, ‘Agarathi’ which did not fare very well at the box office. In 2012, he made his debut with Telugu movies with ‘Andaala Raakshasi’ which was directed by Hanu Raghavapudi. His performance was well appreciated by the audiences and professionals. After this movie, he was not interested in playing a romantic character again and was waiting for something different to follow. As luck would have it, he was spotted by the Director Jeevan Reddy who observed his mannerisms for four days and approached his manager on the fifth day to play the role of an ex-naxalite in the movie, ‘Dalam’

A. Venkatesh is the well-known director of Tamil films. He is famous for directing the movies in very short period. He started his career by working as an assistant director under K. Rajeshwar for two films project namely “Idhaya Thamarai” (1990) and “Nyaya Tharasu” (1989). Further, he also worked with Pavithran for “Vasanthakala Paravai” (1991) and “Suriyan” (1992). Then he worked as an associate director in “Kadhalan” (1994) and “Gentleman” (1993) with director Shankar. The film “Kadhalan” turned out to be a fortunate one for him as, during this movie the producer, G. K. Reddy approached him to direct a film. And so, in 1996, his success journey began. He directed his debut by the film “Mahaprabhu” with Sukanya, R. Sarathkumar and Vineetha in leading roles.

Bose Venkat Commonly Known as Venkat, is an Indian Tamil Film and Television Actor who often plays supporting roles. He was born on May 15, 1975 in Madras, Tamil Nadu. He is married to Malayalam film actress, Sonia on September 5, 2003. They have two sons named Rudraksh Venkat and Tejaswin Venkat and a daughter Bavatharani. When he was 17 years old, he came to Chennai and wished to be successful in films. But, he was unlucky at the start of his career, so he worked as auto rickshaw driver while doing some auditions.

Thambi Ramaiah, an Indian film actor, and director is considered as the busiest actors in Kollywod appearing in maximum movies that released in 2014. Once upon a time, he did not even how to make a foray into Kollywood. Anticipating for someone to give a chance in films, he had to wait till his luck could get him a status of an actor. 

N R Raghunanthan was born on 2 January 1975 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu located in India. He is five feet and 11 inches tall. He is a music composer and scores music mainly for Tamil movies. His profession commenced in the year of 2010 as a music composer. He composed songs for the movie called ‘Thenmerku Paruvakaatru’ which was directed by Seenu Ramasamy. The film was highly appreciated. The movie was nominated in various categories at 58th National Film Awards and successfully won three National Film Awards.

Born as Mohideen Abdul Khadar on 5th February 1949, Rajkiran is a film actor, director and producer. He was born in Keezhakkarai, Tamil Nadu and he has been featured in more than 25 Tamil films. Rajkiran began his career in the industry by producing two films and also appeared in a brief role in one of them.
