Rupa manjari is a known actress for tamil and malayalam movies. She was born in Bangalore, India. Her full name is Shri Rupa Manjari. She is an Indian film actress but has mainly acted in Tamil and Malayalam films. Her mother tongue is Tamil. Made her first debut in Nandhini's critically acclaimed "thiru thiru thuru thuru" later she acted a leading role in Naan. She met nandini and accepted to work for thiru thiru thuru thuru. It took her 4 months to be finalized over 30 other girls who have expressed a desire to play the role. That movie has romantic comedy, pitted her opposite to ajunal and featured the pair looking for the lost baby. She was nominated for Vijay award for the best debut actress award for her performance and the critics described her part of archana as "brings her character vibrantly to life with all the part of anger humors tenderness and soft romance". She was next seen in 2010 Malayalam film “tournament" directed and produced by Lal. She has played a wildlife photographer’s role in the movie who meets a bunch of men who have been selected for a cricket tournament, but the success ratio was less. Later seen in long delayed vijay antony starred Naan which has a super hit song nila nila and was a part of wider for success promotion Makkayla Makkayla. She showed up in 2 other movies mallu singh and loves me. She has one upcoming film in Tamil sivappa in which she is playing a role of construction worker.
