Plot
Manoj works as a police officer in Ooty. He learns that a group of four people are involved in illegal activities. Manoj, along with his friend and four police cops, go on a mission to arrest them. The accompanying cops are killed in the shoot-out that happens in the process. And Manoj’s friend gets trapped in the clutches of the gang. Manoj kills the all the four members of the gang and saves his friend’s life. In the meantime, Manoj gets to know the background of this gang. Manoj also falls in love with Vinitha and gets married to her. But Vinitha wants to kill him. Who are the members of the gang? Is Vinitha in any way related to them? Watch the whole movie to unfold these questions.
Star Performances
Manoj is seen on the big screen after a long gap. He has enacted the role of dignified police officer in this film and to an extent succeeds in the attempt. It is obvious that he has taken great efforts in the action scenes. The person who acts as his friend does a neat job. As for Vinitha, her role is interspersed with shades of grey. She has understood the subtleties of her role and has done an outstanding job. The other characters in the movie are just ok.
Analysis
Director Prem Kumar has tried to show the film in a different light. And he wins half the endeavour.
