Along with winning 62nd National Award for Best Kannada Film and Kannada State Award for Best Production and Direction, this movie has won the hearts of all the people. Based on a true life incident, this movie covers up the problems faced by urban people when they lack facilities, and how they have to lose their loved ones. Dr. Asha Benakappa wrote the documentation in a Kannada newspaper, which further became the plot of the movie.

Plot: Directed by Mansore (Manjunatha Somakeshava Reddy), this film brings tears to the eyes of the audience. Aiming at the life crisis of the urban people, this movie is a perfect example of a lesson to learn. The story is based on the main characters of a father and his son living in Karnataka. The son has a severe illness which makes him weak and also forces his father to go to a remote area for a better treatment of his son. Reaching Bangalore, the farmer waits for his treatment, but soon gets the report that his son died, listening to this news, the father feels vulnerable. Now he has to face the biggest difficulty of taking his son’s body back to his village in Karnataka.

Analysis: BEWARE! This film is not for weak hearted people, as some scenes in this movie could get tears in your eyes, and it has not failed at it, till now. This film keeps emotional attachment between the humans as its priority. It is worth a watch. The efforts have been put to show, how a father carries his son’s body back to his hometown. This film is all about the journey.
