Plot
A software engineer gets a job in Bangalore and he searches for a house and approaches a real estate broker. The broker takes him to a house in Indiranagar and tells him that the house will be available for low rent. Impressed by the rent, the software engineer Okays the house. Three friends decide to cheat the software engineer and loot money. They tried to make the IT guy think that the house is haunted. Along with engineer, a housemaid stays in the house. She realizes that some paranormal activities happen in the house. The friends think that they are cheating the engineer and they didn't realize that the place is really haunted. What happens next? Did they find out that the house is haunted? What happened to the software engineer and the housemaid? Watch the movie in theatres!

Analysis
The director has brought in a script to create a Spooky feeling. But the activities by the friends are hilarious and the film that had been addressed as the horror thriller could be called as a horror comedy entertainer. The director should have concentrated well in the screenplay and execution.
