Plot

Viraat is an honest police officer who exposes a gang that publishes fake stamp paper. Before he arrests the gang, Zora, a woman, kills them. Viraat gets money at the crime scene. He takes the money and escapes with his son, Ranjit, to a faraway place. But Zora finds him and hangs him. As Zora’s face is covered, Ranjit is unable to see her face. Later, Zora and her boyfriend, John, twisted the case that Viraat killed the gangsters and escaped with money; and as he was guilty, he committed suicide. Viraat was adjudged guilty. After 20 years, Ranjit becomes a cop. He appears to be fearful, but actually, he is bold. Ranjit takes the law into his hands and kills the dreaded gangsters. Soon, he steps into the fake stamp paper case, which makes Zora appear again. What happens next form the rest of the story.

Analysis

The story may appear okay on paper. Although it is an old story, it could’ve been made as a decent entertainer with an interesting screenplay. But the lacklustre execution made it a boring watch. The complicated way of storytelling irks the audience. There are multiple plot points that didn’t sync. The music is good, and the title song is attractive. The visuals and production design are decent.
