Shilpa Shukla came into the limelight for her role of Bindiya Nayak in the 2007 super hit movie Chak De India. Though she was born in Bihar, she spent most of her childhood days in Delhi, Kolkata and Gujarat. She is a student of the famous DPS Rkpuram. Soon after completing her 12th board, she joined several theater groups of her college. Early in his days, she worked with famous theater artist Maharaj Krishna Raina. Later on, she turned up for several plays some of them being Final Solutions, Antim Diwas, Tara, Ek Mamooli Aadmi, Rakt Kalyan, etc. She, thus, worked with some of the most notable theater directors at a very early age.In the year 2003, she marked her Bollywood debut with the movie Khamosh Paani. ...
