Mark Atkin is a talented model and film actor from Wellington, New Zealand. He was born in Sheffield, Yorkshire, England and shifted to Staffordshire, where he grew up and studied.

An unusual turn in his career happened when he shifted to New Zealand to work as a detective and police officer. Mark never thought that his life would make a dramatic change when he left England and become a detective in another country. In 1996, he started working as a police officer at West Midlands Police and later worked in Hertfordshire Constabulary. In 2004, he moved to Metropolitan Police in London.
