Ghanashayam Kshetrimayum is a known actor in the Manipuri film industry. He is also a playwright and the director of the Royal Theatrical Club. The Royal Theatrical Club was founded on the 20th of October 1978 in Imphal, Manipur, and Ghanashayam dedicated his life to this theatre club. He has acted in many Manipuri films, such as Iche Tampha (2017), Toro (2015), Sanagi Tangbal (2014), and Iyai Thakki Thambal (2020). In the movies Aruba Echel (2018), Mera Thaomei (2014), and a few others, he worked as a lyricist. He also has a daughter, Jeenita Kshetrimayum, who is a famous Manipuri actress.
