Bolo Hau Movie Review

2 / 5.0

Bolo Hau is scripted and directed by Tarun Dhanrajgir. Abid Shah co-scripted the film. The film has the star cast of Ankit Rathi, Jahnavi Dhanrajgir, Adnan Sajid Khan and Preethi Nigam. Editing is by Jahnavi Dhanrajgir, who makes her debut as the lead actress in the film.

Salman is an unemployed youth. He roams around the city with his friends. Rukshar is from a royal family and she is a college-going girl. During a wedding event, Salman and Rukhsar happened to meet and fall in love with each other. Will their families accept their relationship? Will their status pull their love? The answers form the rest of the story.

Star Performance

Preethi Nigam had given her best. Jahnavi and Ankit are okay with their roles. But, the chemistry between them is missing.

The script is not new. The director has come with the same old concept of love between people of two different societal status. The screenplay didn’t do any magic and the scenes are predictable. The climax should have been better. Some scenes are abruptly cut and that gives an odd feel. The songs are okayish and the music is designed in an old Hyderabadi style, as the story is set in that backdrop. The characters should have been developed well. Preethi's role appears to be stronger than the others.

What’s There?

  • Leads look cute
  • Songs are good

What’s Not There?

  • The chemistry between the leads is not impressive
  • The climax should have been shot better

Bolo Hau is a predictable old love story with a new set of actors. If you don’t have any movies to watch, you can try this!
