Saleem Mairaj, renowned as Sultan from spiritual-romantic television serial 'Alif' directed by Haseeb Hasan, is a Pakistani theatre, model, and television actor. He was born on 23rd January 1975 in Karachi, Pakistan. He completed his studies at S.M. Government Arts & Commerce College Karachi. He also did a Diploma - in Film and Television Production from the Pimlico Arts and Media College, London. He is married to Sania Effendi and has two children. He made his debut in the film field from PTV and got the chance to become a host, model, and actor. He was also a voice-over artist in the drama serial Manahil aur Khalil on Express Entertainment.
