Pitta Kathalu is NetFlix's first Telugu anthology. The anthology consists of four segments about four women and the challenges they overcome while dealing with complex relationships. It premiered on NetFlix on 19 February 2021 in Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil. The four stories, shown in four different episodes of 30-40 minutes, stars Amala Paul, Ashwin Kakumanu, Eesha Rebba, Jagapati Babu, Satyadev, Lakshmi Manchu, Ashima Narwal, Saanve Megghana, Sanjith Hegde, and Shruti Hassan in lead roles.

The first story is named Ramula, directed by Tharun Bhascker. The story is about Ramula, played by Saanve Megghana, a simple girl who falls in love with the son of an ex-MLA who intends not to stay committed to her. This situation made Ramula meet Swaroopaka, played by Lakshmi Manchu, a local politician. Swaroopaka agrees to help her, but there might be a political agenda behind her agreement that could turn dangerous for Ramula.

The second story is named Meera, directed by B.V. Nandini Reddy. The story has three characters: Meera, her husband Vishwa, and her boyfriend Shiva. Meera is a novelist who has been in an extra-marital affair with Shiva for some time. Meera is a victim of marital rape, as her husband forced her to have a third child. Her male-chauvinistic, abusive, and insecure husband Vishwa gets a hint of it when he reads an excerpt of her work. This incident led to their separation and freedom of Meera from the clutches of her abusive husband. But the question is, was it what she wanted?

The third story is named xLife, directed by Nag Ashwin. The story inclines towards Sci-Fi, as the main plot is about how VR destroys love and real lives. Vikram, played by Sanjith Hegde, the founder of a VR company, xLife, denies all the claims that his company is ruining the love and lives of real people. It wasn't until he met Divya, played by Shruti Hassan, one of his employees, that his heart got captured by her. The fourth story is named Pinky, directed by Sankalp Reddy. The story involves Pinky, her ex- boyfriend Vivek, and their spouses, Harsha and Indu. Pinky met her ex-boyfriend Vivek to begin an affair. When the time came to choose their spouses, she dropped a bomb that paused all four lives.
