Hemanth Kumar is an Indian playback singer, popular amongst the regional audience for his work on the soundtracks of movies like Kismath (2018), Jaggu Dada (2016), Mr. Airavata (2015), DK (2015), Raja Huli (2013), etc. Mostly known for his major involvement in the music albums of Sandalwood movies and singles in the Kannada language, he has been working in the film industry as a playback singer for more than twenty-one years now. Born in Bangalore as ‘Hemanth Subramanya’ to Sri Subramanya Sastry and Smt. Rathna Sastry, a classical singer, he started learning music at the age of four.
