Plot
Murshid Pathan is an ex-gangster, who has been trying to lead a normal life with his family. When his past criminal activities threaten his family, he had to return to his old profession. His adopted son, Kumar Pratap Rana is a police officer. While investigating a case, he finds his father’s involvement and starts digging into his father’s past. What happens next?
Star Performance
Kay Kay Menon delivered a powerful performance in a layered character. Zakir’s performance is compelling. Anang Desai and Rajesh Shringarpure fit well in their roles. Tanuj Virwani is quite decent in his performance.
Analysis
The story is straightforward and simple. The characters are designed well, especially Murshid and Farid’s. Both these roles are the main pillars of the story, and right actors are placed in the roles and delivered wonderful performances. Some subplots are interesting, and some are not. Kumar Pratap Rana’s backstory should’ve been compelling. Despite being a story that has a huge possibility of showcasing violent scenes, the makers didn’t make it. There are a lot of thrilling moments. However, there are some predictable moments, too.

Verdict
Despite having predictable scenes and a few less-working backstories, the series is worth watching!
