Swad Aur Sehat is a Hindi language cooking show that premiered in 2018 on Sanskar TV. The show is hosted by Jyoti Sohi and features 12-14 year-old childrens. The show aims at creating and sharing easy, tasty and healthy recipes that children will enjoy. Swad Aur Sehat is a one-of-its-kind show that helps children to learn and experiment with cooking. Jyoti Sohi is the eldest in the kitchen, supervising and assisting the children while cooking. In an episode, Joyti Sohi is seen with a couple of kids, out of which Ruchi and Tanmay decide to cook a healthy and tasty dish for their peers. Ruchi and Tanmay prep the kitchen with needed items and finalize making Loaded Nachos with vegetables and paneer.
