. The story revolves around the relationship between stepdaughter, and stepmother. The story starts where 17 years old Kalyani arranges a remarriage of her parents Atul, and Madhuri for their anniversary. Madhuri still has some instinct that her husband has a relationship with Anupriya.
There is a fight between them, and Madhuri slips, and falls off the balcony, and dies. Seeing her mother die, Kalyani now hates Anupriya. The police arrested Atul as a suspect. Atul asks Anupriya to take care of his daughter. Kalyani rejects to be with Anupriya. Later she comes to her house to destroy her, and her family is unaware of the situation. In later events, it is revealed that Anupriya was Atul’s first wife. There are many ups, and downs in their family, but they both fight to keep their lives in a straight line.
