It is a story of a homemaker who has a dual life as a homemaker and as a detective. While she hides from her family her another identity as a detective, Sushma Jawahar Singh (played by Supriya Pilgaonkar), is the homemaker, a 34-year old having a two teenaged kids and a busy husband. Anju Mahendra plays the role of the wife of Tiku Talsania. In one episode, her son Karthik gets an offer for modeling and in return, he gets an offer of Rs 12,000. In return, the son also insists for a motorcycle from his father, But his father is adamant.

Later, the son, however, agrees to take up his modeling job. Thus, every episode has a humorous plot and proper comedy timing. It was a multi-cast teleserial that provided enough comedy in its every episode. Comedy actor Tiku Talsania was excellent in his performance in every episode. Film actress Anju Mahendra played her character with ease and dignity. She looked pretty throughout the serial. Supriya Pilgaonkar wife of actor yesteryear Bollywood actor Sachin, who has acted in a handful of Indian television serials,played the role of Sushma Jawahar Singh in this serial. There was serious and even a comedy part in her acting throughout the episodes. The serial broadcasted for the whole year (2002-2003).
