is a mythological TV drama in Zee Ganga. The Bhojpuri-language show premiered in 2017. Viewers can stream the show on the Zee5 OTT platform. The kids' show retells the untold story of Mathuradas Krishna after the death of his evil uncle, Kansa. Chakradhari Ajay Krishna follows the life of Krishna and his elder brother, Balram, in their battle against Jarasandha, the king of Magadha. Jarasandha was the father-in-law of Kansa. After his death, Jarasandha, enraged by Krishna’s action, vowed to kill him to avenge his daughters. As a result, he made 17 attempts to have both Krishna and Balram killed. However, every attempt was foiled by Krishna’s brilliant planning and strategies. In the end, Jarasandha died at the hands of the Pandava Putra, Bhima, under the guidance of Krishna. The less frequently narrated part of Krishna’s story is a refreshing take and an effective way of contributing to educating the young on the rich cultural history of their country.
