lives in Vadakku Patti. Well, the Panchayat leaders of these two villages have enmity. Yes, now you have heard me right. Vijay and Priya fall in love with each other.
Everyone is aware of their love affair, and they try to separate them.
Singampuli’s house is placed between the two villages. Singam Puli has the habit of stealing utensils from the houses. He gets to know the love affair of Vijay and Priya and tries to unite them. By doing this, he intends to bring harmony in the villages.

Star Performances
Vijay R Nagaraj and Priya Menon debut with this film and as newcomers their performances is quite ok. Well, Singampuli, who plays the titular role, has tried to excel in comedy, but it works only in bits and pieces.
The actors who have essayed the roles of panchayat leaders have done a commendable job.
Analysis
Director Swami Raja has tried to give an outright comedy film. But we are not able to get engrossed in it.

The music of Adhish Utriyan is ok.
